I have been with ADM in multiple different properties now, they will come ASAP to respond/solve any issue, assure all properties are kept sparkling with biweekly cleaners & in general just be very easy to deal with. I've been renting a room throught them for 2 years and definitely can reccommend. If they had a flat I could rent I would definitely stay with ADM for longer. Everything raised was sorted out immediately. During that 2 years we had exchanged a washing mashine, fridge, kettle and a microwave. All next day. If there was a problem, like broken valve in the shower, James was in the house the same day to solve it. Once I forgot my keys from my room and couldn't get to the house while no one was in and he came and opened the door for me in 15min. The house was being kept in a good condition.  The cleaner always was there fortnightly, every some time they exchange silicone in bathrooms, so we don't get mold, fire alarms are regularly checked, etc. Definitely would rent throught them again.
